Updated - Recommendations for the Personal Use of Data

A new version of the UK federation's Recommendations for the Use of Personal Data has just been published, providing updated guidance on protecting both users and providers of federated services.

Federated access management systems can ensure that only authorised individuals gain access to online content, without needing to disclose those users' identity or other personal information. It can therefore be used to better protect both individual users and service providers' intellectual property.
