| MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING |

EDINA and JANET(UK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which sets out their decision to work together to operate the UK federation service. This agreement which runs until 31 July 2010 contains the following schedules which describe the service and the tasks and responsibilities undertaken by each party.
